Joseph Maselli grew up in Smithtown working and studying on Long Island's North Shore. He obtained his real estate license in 2010 and began a career in property management. Coinciding with property management, Joe obtained his real estate broker's license and formed JMRENY in 2016. In 2026, he merged his JMRENY team with Real Broker, one of the fastest growing publicly traded brokerages utilizing innovation and technology to better serve clients on Long Island.

Joe has facilitated the sales of multiple mixed-use, office, and commercial properties throughout Nassau and Suffolk Counties. He also has numerous residential home sales exceeding $60M in sales across Nassau, Suffolk, and the New York City Metropolitan area.

Joe is a member of National Association of Realtors (NAR), Long Island Real Estate Investor Association (LIREIA), Long Island Board of Realtors (LIBOR & OneKeyMLS), and CoStar/LoopNet Commercial Real Estate Database.

Joe lives in Greenlawn with his wife and children. He’s an active member of the community and involved with the Greenlawn Civic Association and Harborfields School District.
